This time of year means a change in sports as well as seasons. We are going to do some outdoor training, please bring both cleats and tennis shoes. We have seen a tremendous improvement for the regular attendees. Keep up the good work.

The Purpose of ACES is to increase sport performance by teaching and refining speed and agility techniques. Any male or female interested in improving sports performance including agility, running technique, footwork, change of direction, and simply body weight exercises for strength in 1st to 6th grade.
Cost is a flat fee of $10 per session, and Athletes only pay for sessions they attend. You can schedule in advance, or pay when you come. Only 10 participants per session.
Coach Townsend has over twenty years experience training athletes of all ages. Coach Townsend is a certified strength and conditioning coach and has worked with professional baseball (Toronto Blue Jays), high school championship football programs (Donelson Christian Academy, TN) and a variety of athletes in the Plainfield area. Coach Townsend is a Health/PE teacher at Paul Hadley Middle School and is actively involved in coaching PJBL and PeeWee Baseball in Plainfield.
